Hi, I'm Erika! I’m an enthusiastic, friendly dog walker with experience training & caring for dogs. I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life-my most recent dog, Peanut, a 12 y/o chihuahua, is my best bud. In puppyhood, I trained & raised him to be the obedient sweetheart he is. I've also helped past roommates train their pups & frequently dog-sit them. Dogs bring me such joy-just as I can count on them to brighten my life, you can count on me to give your pup the exercise and outdoor time they need

Hello, my name is Stacy and I am a farm girl from Minnesota who loves all animals. I am a responsible 38 yr old Mom who works from home with a flexible schedule. I have loads of experience training, sitting and boarding all sorts of dogs including some rare or tough to train breeds such as hounds with a high prey drive and I am not afraid any dog no matter how big or small. You will find me polite and respectful, I can take charge of a difficult walker and always make it rewarding for your furry friend. Currently I have no pets of my own to care for and that makes me 100% dedicated to your fur baby during my time with him or her.

Jerry's Custard should definitely be the first stop on your list. This great, frozen treat retreat has outdoor tables perfect for bringing your dog, and some varieties of their classics are safe for dogs to eat!
Braeview Park is one of Lower Burrell's gems. This park has everything you want in an outdoor excursion. Their large soccer fields are great for dog walking if they're not in use! You can also set up a picnic at one of the shaded tables!
Veteran Central Park is also a great place to go if you and your dog prefer peace and quiet. This park is smaller than Braeview, and lacks some of the amenities. There's no sports fields or playgrounds, but there are paths through simple grasslands. Dogs are welcome as long as they stay on leash (and owners commit to cleaning up after them)!
Lower Burrel is the gateway to great trip with man's best friend by your side!
Flyers Field in Downtown Lower Burrell is a simple, but convenient place to walk your dog. You don’t have to stray far to get in a good walk for your pup! This field is mainly geared towards soccer and other field sports. Weekend mornings are crowded with league teams and children, so it’s not the best time to visit with a shy dog. The rest of the time, this park is much less busy. It lacks a playground or other amenities to keep it busy all day long. You can walk laps or explore the fields to exercise your leashed dog.
Wolf Pack Park has a lot to offer besides a cool name! The park’s main draw is its large soccer fields. The Koteki Soccer Fields are frequently hopping with teams and games. The playground is popular with kids, but your dog is going to love the paved walking path. It winds through the trees and helps you feel like you’re out in nature! In fact, deeper in the park you might be able to forget that you’re still in town. There’s a stream that runs through Wolf Pack Park used for wading, as long as your pup stays on leash!
Pop in the car for a 12 minute drive from Lower Burrell to Downtown New Kensington. This neighborhood has two great parks that you have to explore if you’re in the area. Memorial Park is the larger, more popular park. It has a little of everything, from a playground, tennis courts, and deck hockey rink, to a paved walking path. Your leashed dog will love exploring the whole area! Falcon Park is another option if your dog isn’t comfortable around crowds. This park is smaller and more natural than Memorial Park. Follow the simple path through the fields, or let your leashed dog follow their nose instead!
Alsco Community Park is a gorgeous, large park just a fifteen minute drive from Lower Burrell. Natrona Heights’ Birdville neighborhood is a residential area perfect for a large park. This park features two tennis courts, two baseball diamonds, and plenty of green space! The area is perfect for pickup games of soccer or other sports. Your leashed dog is welcome to join you in exploring Alsco Community Park, just be sure to pick up after your pet! Bring a blanket if you’d like to picnic, and a doggie bowl to help your dog take advantage of the areas’s drinking fountains!
Melwood Park is the community feature that gives this West Leechburg neighborhood its name! The park itself is a simple park, heavily forested, with walking paths through it. It’s perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle and enjoying being in nature. What it lacks in other attractions it makes up for with room to roam! This park is a dream for a high energy dog. Your leashed dog can join you as you explore this park’s paths and meadows. Just to be sure to bring in everything you need. This park doesn’t have drinking fountains, so plan accordingly!
