The nearly 6,000-acre park has 30 rustic campground sites where you and Fido can pitch a tent under the Michigan night sky. White Lake

Do your dogs like to swim just as much as they like to hike? If you live in the central neighborhoods of White Lake, you can visit the Campgrounds at White Lake State Park. This small state park is 72 acres large and is located on a National Natural Landmark of the Pitch Pine Stand that borders a glacier formed a lake. Your dogs will love swimming and sitting beside as you roast marsh mellows at your campsite. The campgrounds have all the modern amenities, like showers, fire rings, and a place to do laundry. You and Fido will love lounging on the beach. Fido's tail will wag "furever" after swimming in Park Lake!

Highland Road

Do your dogs dream of playing fetch in the fields at the park? If you live off Highland Road, then you can visit the 12-acre Judy Hawley Park, which is open for the whole community, including the four-legged ones! There are two half fields and one full-sized soccer field that make great play areas for a game of fetch with Fido! The diverse habitats of Indian Springs make myriad protected ecosystems, and you might get lucky and spot a red fox or hear the coyotes howl at night. After a weekend camping in Indian Springs, Fido will beg you for camping trip "eve-furry" weekend!
