Dog Walking in La Vista

La Vista is a city and suburb of Omaha located in Sarpy County. This city is very dog-friendly, so whether you're just visiting or you're looking to settle down here, you'll find it's a furrific spot to traipse around with your pooch! There's an animal hospital right in La Vista should your pup need treatment, as well as several more in Omaha and the surrounding areas.

Need a place to stay while you're here? Check out My Place Hotel South Omaha/La Vista, which allows dogs to stay for an extra $10 per room, per night. If you're looking for something a little more budget-friendly, La Vista has plenty of AirBnB rentals to choose from. Just make sure to check the pet policies of the individual accommodation before booking your room.

If you want to grab a bite to eat in La Vista, you'll have a couple of options. PizzaWest, Lina's Mexican Restaurant, and Culver's are just a few of La Vista's Fido-friendly eateries. Be sure to bring a leash and water bowl to all establishments.

While you’re here, you can visit the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema - La Vista, which is a stylish theater. You should also check out the The Amazing Pizza Machine, an amusement center that your kids are sure to love. Both of these places don’t allow dogs, unfortunately, but we're sure your furry friend won't mind missing out on the fun if you take him for an on-leash walk La Vista City Park!
