Want to let your dog play off-leash? Head over to Barnegat Light Dog Park, which is about 15 miles from Beach Haven. Here, your dog can play in one large, fenced-in field. The field is double-gated, keeping your pup safe and secure. There’s also water available for your pup, and there are toys in the park they can play with. To use the dog park, you’ll have to get a Paw Pass. To obtain this pass, you’ll need to fill out a form, bring it to Barnegat Light’s Borough Hall, and pay a small fee. Once you do that, you can use this fun dog park as often as you like!

Located 21 miles from Beach Haven, this park has a paved path that winds through the whole park. Along the way, you’ll pass by a playground, sports fields, and the beautiful Pohatcong Lake.
