“Dog walking is no job - it's a passion!”
Hi there! I have been walking dogs in Hoboken, NJ for 4 years now, which I absolutely love! I have had an endearing love for dogs since 2001 when my parents finally gave into the many pleas of my two younger brothers and I to get us a dog. We were introduced to Tiki, a magnificent Black Labrador, who became the sister we never had.

There are only two pet-friendly places in the immediate area. Leonia Dog Park/Lakeview Park has many attractive qualities, such as a large area with a hill, water access and a metal bowl, and two picnic tables under an awning. In Overpeck Park Dog Run, you’ll find separate sections for small and large dogs, benches, and plenty of shade. The only downside is that there are no water fountains, so bring your own water!
Around ten minutes away is Englewood. Here, you will find a few interesting restaurants to check out!
Baumgart's Cafe offers a little bit of everything, featuring an internatinoal cuisine and casual setting. Choose from wonton soup, BBQ baby back ribs, dim sum, moo shu shrimp, orange flavored chicken, scallion beef, and cheeseburgers. Their outdoor seating is dog-friendly.
The Blue Moon Mexican Cafe has some interesting dishes, from traditional Mexican foods to their original fusion ideas. Vegetarians and vegans will find plenty of options, with tons of entrees and sides that are never cooked in lard or animal stock. This location hosts Sunday brunch and a host of gluten-free foods. The whole family is welcome at one of the 20 dog-friendly tables outside.
Biddy O'Malley's is an Irish gastropub with six dog-friendly tables and a large selection of wine and craft beers. They serve interesting pub food, like the Roasted Garlic and Herb Pork Sandwich or their gluten-free Goffle Road Farm's Chicken.
