When you are out and about exploring everything that Savannah has to offer, you are bound to get hungry! Be sure to drop by the Gourmet to Go for a bite to eat. Here you can get your paws into some delicious sandwiches, paninis, soups, salads and chicken. Of course, this furrific place is dog friendly and has a side porch with seats where you can relax with your beloved companion. For comfortable accommodation when you are in Savannah, check in to the Savannah Motel! This is a pawsome place that welcomes you to bring one pup of any size with you for only a small additional fee for your stay.

Every canine loves their daily exercise in the sun, which means that a trip to the Tennessee Street Park has got to be on the cards! This pawsome green spot in town is just where you need to go for a run around and some playtime with your pooch. There are five acres for you to explore here, with a sniff-tastic walking trail for tails. In addition, there are some furrific amenities that you can use at Tennessee Street Park, which includes pavilions for some shade, restrooms, two splash pads and two playgrounds for the kids to have fun.

Southeast Savannah
When you are in Savannah, you have got to visit Savannah City Park! This place is paradise for pooches with 44 acres of land that you can explore. You can wander around the sniff-tastic walking trails to stretch you and your pup’s legs, as well as let your canine bound around on the grass. There are also some furrific amenities here that you have got to check out, including tennis courts, a disc golf course, baseball fields, a skate park, restrooms, playground for the kids, picnic areas and pavilions that you can use.

Southwest Savannah
Another pawsome park that you have got take your furry friend to visit when you are in Savannah is Wayne Jerrolds River Park! This puptastic green spot in town is near the Tennessee River and has around 10 acres of land that you can explore with your beloved companion. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the sniff-tastic walking trail, as well as relax at the picnic areas where there is also a pavilion. Restrooms are provided, and you will find a boat ramp here too. On hot days, be sure to bring some fresh water for your canine to stay hydrated!
Counce
For a road trip with your furry friend, jump in the car and head south to the Pickwick Landing State Park! This is a pawsome place found in Counce where you can go exploring with your beloved companion. There are some sniff-tastic trails that you can investigate and retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city, as well as some other puptastic activities like boating, golfing and swimming. In addition, there is fishing on the Tennessee River, with white and yellow bass and catfish here. All pooches are welcome at Pickwick Landing State Park, as long as they remain on leash.
