Dog Areas in Ingle

Ingle is a charming town in Florida with plenty to offer dog walkers looking for the pawfect place to unwind in the northeastern corner of the state. You will find plenty of rural areas to roam with your restless pup, whether you're just passing through the area or you're looking for a unique place to call home.

The real estate in Ingle is mostly open land, but you will find some single-family homes with cute fences that your dog will be excited to sniff on his walks throughout the neighborhood. Your furry family will also love Ingle's proximity to state parks and the metropolis of Jacksonville.

Un-fur-tunately, Ingle doesn't have any dog-friendly amenities like dog parks and restaurants. But don't fret! You'll find plenty of dog-friendly fun nearby. Cary State Forest is a great place for a hike with your two and four-legged friends, so be sure to pack plenty of goodies and supplies for the trek!

The nearest animal hospital to Ingle is less than thirty minutes to the south of town, with plenty more options for veterinary care in Jacksonville. You'll need to keep your pup on a leash at all times while exploring, regardless of whether you are staying in quiet Ingle or branching out to the busy city.

The Ed Austin Dog Park, located about 25 minutes from Ingle, Florida, is everything you could want in a dog park. This park is completely fenced in and has a double gate so your pup can’t get out. The park opens at 8 AM and closes around 5-6 PM. There is a huge shaded area with benches and a golf cart trail around the outer edge. They offer a large water faucet and a bowl for the dogs to drink out of. If you’re looking for a quiet dog park on the outskirts of the city, look no fur-ther than Ed Austin Dog Park!
