Cooper City is a family-friendly neighborhood that is located just 4.5 miles north east of Pembroke and near plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment. Tree Tops Park is 23 acres and consists of restored freshwater marshes that are accessible by a 1,000-foot boardwalk to the 102.2-acre Pine Island Ridge, an archaeological site that includes nature trails. At 29 feet above sea level, Pine Island Ridge is the highest natural elevation in the area! The island allows leashed dogs, and strongly urges all owners clean up after their pooches because it is a nature preserve.
