This dog-friendly city is a great place for you and your pooch to have a fun day in the sun (and the water!). Mission Bay Drive is located in Northern San Diego, which is about 8 miles from Lemon Grove. It is home to Fiesta Island Off-Leash Dog Park. Your pooch will have a blast splashing around in the calm water in the bay and running on the sandy beach. You will want to bring some water and possibly an umbrella for shade. There is also an area where you can walk your pup around the perimeter of this cute little island. It is fenced in from the road so your pup can still be off his leash. You and your pooch will have a pawtastic time at this dog park.
