Hi, my name is Romana and I grew up in a small village in Czech Republic with two dogs: German Shepard and mixed Russian Sheepdog. As a teenager I developed a passion for training dogs, so I learned basic obedience techniques and helped many families with their pups.Later I became a proud owner of Cocker Spaniel girl and she was my only baby. We lived in an apartment at the time, so I know all about the scheduled walks. No dog breed is too small or too large for me! I am great with puppies and enjoy training them as soon as possible. I am also able to take care of older dogs who require a special medical attention or are taking medications. I understand how important your pooch is to you and he/she will be in great hands with me. I am responsible, nurturing, loving, and extremely attentive. Also, I work from home so I can easily devote my time to your pet anytime during the day. I am looking forward to meeting your dog!

I have an eleven year old dog named Mocha. She has been with me for about half of my life now. She is actually the reason why I took this job. Mocha is prone to urinary tract infections and I was having to pay for constant treatments as well as prescription dog food. There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for my baby and that is what makes me good at my job. I make sure that I take care of everyone’s dog the way I would want my dog to be treated.

Dog Walking in Fontainebleau

Located just 30 minutes outside of Miami, the area of Fontainebleau, Florida is a hustling and bustling community. It’s not technically a city or a town, but its area and population are so large that the United States Census Bureau has designated Fontainebleau its own place! Fontainebleau is known for being a sleeper community for Miami and other nearby large cities, meaning people buy homes there and commute into the city for work and leisure. Still, though, there’s fun to be had in Fontainebleau, so make sure to drop by!

Unfortunately, while Fontainebleau might be a great place for you to spend your time, you’ll have a harder time finding things to do if you want your canine companion in tow. Fontainebleau has no dog-friendly restaurants. There are also no dog parks where Fido can have some off-leash fun. Don’t worry too much, though. Within 20 miles of Fontainebleau, a handful of dog parks and dog-friendly eateries await you. There are also two different veterinarian offices in Fontainebleau, so if you need care for your sick or injured pet, help isn’t too far away.

If you’re looking for a little bit of quiet with all the amenities of having a large city nearby, you’ve found the right place!

Just seven miles south of Fontainebleau, you and your playful pup can visit Tropical Dog Park! Locals say this dog park always seems to have dogs running around, giving your pup the chance to socialize and make new friends, which is important to the development of his manners. If your dog is the courageous type, he can play on the agility equipment that Tropical Dog Park has, which includes tunnels and platforms for jumping. Water and waste disposal bags aren’t always available, so make sure to grab some from home. Have a ball at Tropical Dog Park!

If you drive about 15 minutes or four miles from Fontainebleau, you’ll find yourself in Doral’s Trails and Tails Dog Park. This dog park has plenty of room for your dog to run around, letting even the most rambunctious pups run around and burn off some pent-up energy. There are separate areas for dogs of different sizes, allowing your dog to play it safe. Water and waste disposal bags are provided. Every other week, the park shuts down one day for routine maintenance, so plan your visits around that. Your dog is sure to have a barkin’ good time!

A quick 20-minute drive from Fontainebleau, and you and your pooch can enjoy Miami Springs Dog Park together. This dog park has a secret weapon for hot, South Florida summer days: kiddie pools! Like most dog parks, there’s a separate section of the park for smaller dogs, so you don’t have to worry about your dog accidentally getting hurt. Water is provided by the park so that your dogs don’t get overheated while having fun, but you’ll want to have your own waste bags with you. This park usually isn’t too crowded, though, so you might want to bring some toys along just in case.

If you’re looking for another dog park to visit with your furry friend, travel a little over 16 miles north of Fontainebleau to Hialeah’s Amelia Earhart Dog Park. Not only does this dog park have plenty of space for your dog to run around and water fountains so he doesn’t get thirsty, it also has things for you to do! There’s exercise equipment in the park, and there are also picnic tables if you want to bring lunch. What more could you ask for? Waste disposal bags are provided for you, so that’s one less thing to worry about.

Driving 20 minutes to go to a restaurant might seem like a bit much, but if you’re looking for dozens of dog-friendly dining options, you can’t beat Coral Gables’ Crafts neighborhood! Want a full meal? Visit Bricktop’s or Morton’s The Steakhouse! Want something light? Visit Small Tea or Crema. There are also a few bars and Italian places where your dog is welcome. These restaurants and many more allow Fido to join you on the patio, as long as he’s on a leash. There’s something for everyone in Crafts, and that includes your pawesome friend!
