This Pellston neighborhood is home to two beautiful parks that welcome dogs on-leash. If you want to go for a short, leisurely stroll with your dog, head to Pellston Village Pioneer Park. This park is home to a peaceful half-mile path that goes through the forest and along the Maple River. If you want to take your pup for a longer walk, check out the 125-acre Philip J. Braun Nature Preserve. This picturesque preserve has a trail that goes along the Maple River, and it also has two other trails that take you into the woods and through meadows. Bring water and doggy bags, and have a great day out with your dog at these two parks!

If you want to see what life was like in Michigan in the 18th century, check out Colonial Michilimackinac. This historic park is located 17 miles from Pellston, and it welcomes dogs on-leash.
