Book now“Experienced, reliable & excited to meet your pup!”
I’m so excited to be able to share my passion for being outside with all the new and old doggos in my life! I have 10 years of experience walking and caring for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. I spent the last year working at an animal sanctuary in South America where I was responsible for the care, management and enrichment of 21 wild felines, which included taking them on daily walks in the jungle. I’m thrilled to now offer my care, love and time for more people’s best friends!

Best Dog Friendly Neighborhoods in Gladstone
Central Park
Central Park
Central Park is a forested residential community in the upper north corner of the city, offering lots of shade and places to play. The best place to play with your pup is Oak Grove Park, which is the largest park in the neighborhood, and has a vast area dedicated to open fields for playing and picnicking. Surrounding the open space are paved walkways, two soccer fields, forested trails, a fenced-in baseball field, and a playground for kids to enjoy. Central Park is a park on the south-side of the community, named after the neighborhood. The park offers even more open space to play in, with additional amenities like a baseball field, a playground, a pavilion, water fountains, trash bins, and benches. Dogs do have to be on a leash inside both parks.
Oakview
Oakview
Oakview is a packed residential community, lined with gorgeous oak trees and filled with rows of residential homes. The park of choice for most residents is the Hamilton Heights Park. This serene area offers a fishing pond and vibrant fields backed by thick trees. With a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, Fido can run around or walk in peace, and also enjoy access to water fountains, a paved trail, a fishing pier, a playground, benches, and a gazebo. Dogs do have to remain on a leash inside this park, but don't have to in the Morgan Tract Park. The second park of the community is a rural park with a completely forested area, wooded trails, and shaded picnic tables. Owners will need to remember to bring water and clean-up bags to this park!
Gladstone Center
Gladstone Center
The neighborhood of Gladstone Center takes up the city's suburban downtown area and shopping district. Among the urban area is the narrow space of Meadow Brook Park, which has a gorgeous area dedicated to open space and recreational fields. There's a fenced-in tennis court, baseball field, a playground, and an open field that runs along the brook. Dogs have plenty of room to run and play, and can also enjoy amenities like water fountains, benches, picnic tables, and benches. After a long day or playing or walking, head to the Tanners Bar & Grill. The grill is a dog-friendly restaurant that provides craft beer, pub grub, and water bowls to their dog-friendly outdoor seating area for you and Fido.
Meadowbrook
Meadowbrook
Meadowbrook is the largest residential community in town, with back-to-back rows of homes. The area still has some great parks like Sycamore Park, which is also known as Rock Creek Meadows. The park is a great place to head to Fido thanks to its gorgeous grassy meadows, open fields with picnic tables, paved walkways, and shaded seating. The park also connects to the Hidden Hollow Park, a place that offers a pretty shaded area to play in. The park is completely covered in dense trees, and has nature trails, with benches and picnic tables. Although owners will have to bring water and clean-up bags, dogs do not have to be on a leash in either park.
Big Shoal
Big Shoal
Big Shoal is a pretty populated neighborhood on the edge of Kansas City, only a mile from the center of Gladstone. The area is known for the Brookhill Park, a recreational area that has lots of shade, open areas, and multiple fields. The fields include a baseball field and enclosed tennis courts. Additional features of the park include a playground, a pool, shaded sitting areas, picnic tables, clean-up stations, water fountains, and trash bins. If you need more space to play with your dog, walk on down to the Big Shoal Greenway. This forested trail is completely covered, with a .7-mile path that connects to baseball fields, picnic tables, and open fields.
