Because of its diverse economy and rich culture, Columbus is a top destination for both visitors and people looking to move to a new city. Columbus offers a variety of business opportunities to enterprising individuals, though its recreational options are attractive to both humans and their pets as well.
Battelle Darby Creek is a 7,000 acre park that follows both the Big and Little Darby Creeks. Trails wind through forest, prairies, and wetlands and are classified by difficulty. Dogs are allowed on many of the trails, which means that your four-legged companion is welcome to join you as you take in the scenery.
The Cross Creek Camping Resort, which lies just north of Columbus, is a must-see for families who enjoy spending time outdoors. Dogs are allowed on the campgrounds, and the resort even offers a fenced-in run where dogs can play, though the walking trail offers plenty of opportunities for exercise, too.
If you would rather spend some quiet quality time with your pup, drop by a dog-friendly restaurant for a bite to eat. The Brown Bag Deli welcomes dogs on their patio, and the Northstar Café is happy to put out a water bowl for canine guests. Dogs in Columbus are spoiled for choice when it comes to deciding where to spend their days.
Hi, I'm Pooja! I got my first dog, a miniature collie named Foxy, at the age of 8. I currently live in the Upper Arlington area of Columbus, OH with a 1 and a half year old Coton de Tulear puppy named Fawkes (yes, after Dumbledore's phoenix in HP). I have had experience with a wide array of dogs ranging from my 12 lb Coton de Tulear puppy to a fully grown Rottweiler and I am absolutely obsessed with every dog I have ever had the pleasure of meeting! I am a very active person that works out daily. I would love to help keep your dog active, healthy, and always happy! I will treat your dog with the same amount of love and care I give my own and make sure that your Wag! experience is an excellent one!
Hello! I'm am born and raised from Columbus, OH and have been a pet owner of all breeds, size, furry, or scaley since I was a little kid! I used to always bring home stray animals as a kid.. I have hopes of one day becoming a dog trainer and opening up my own animal shelter - working and training with high risked dogs, making them adoptable! I currently have a rescued cat and dog that are the best of friends! I have good proper knowledge of reading a dog, caring and knowing what a dog needs! I am reliable, caring, trust worthy and a responsible person, who will love to attend to you and your pets needs, while also accomadating you and your pet every step of the way. Let's go for a walk!
