Tarpon Flats

The city of Fort Pierce is home to another excellent dog park located in the northeastern corner of town, which is just ten miles from White City. The Wildcat Cove Preserve is known for its great fishing on the Indian River Lagoon, as well as its hiking trails and lookout points, but in 2013, a dog park area was also added! Your dog can join you on any of the preserve's trails when they're on a leash, but when it comes time for some off-leash fun, there's also a fenced-in section where dogs can play without any constraints. Don't fur-get the water and waste bags!

The Estates at Stuart

Stuart is a city on Florida's Atlantic coast with a population of more than 16,000 people, and the southwestern corner of the town is only 15 miles from White City. That's where you'll find the Poppleton Creek Dog Park, an off-leash dog park with a section for dogs who weigh more than 30 pounds, as well as an area for smaller pups. The park also has plenty of seating areas with shade to keep pet parents comfortable, and there's also a swimming area for dogs. You'll also find water fountains for dogs and waste disposal supplies, and visitors love how clean and well-maintained this park is.

Beachland

The Vero Beach Dog Park in eastern Vero Beach, Florida is only 20 miles north of White City. This beloved five-acre dog park has different enclosures for big and small dogs, and it's adjacent to the city's marina. Both sections have water fountains for humans and canines, and there are also waste disposal supply stations throughout the park. The park is open daily from sunrise to sunset, and it has paved parking, covered seating areas, and a hose to clean your dog up at the end of your trip. The park is free to use, but it's run by a non-profit that always appreciates donations.

Rivergreen Villas

Seven miles south of White City sits Lyngate Park in eastern Port St. Lucie. Lyngate Park is a 16-acre lighted park with sports fields and courts, pavilions, playgrounds, concession stands, and an off-leash dog park! The Lyngate Dog Park opened in 2013, and it takes up 3/4 of an acre in the park. There are three sections in this park: one for big dogs, one for small dogs, and a third section that's closed on a rotating schedule to let the grass regrow. This off-leash park has agility structures, water fountains for humans and canines, mulched paths surrounded by trees, and grassy open spaces.

Hutchinson Island

Jensen Beach is a census-designated place in Martin County, Florida and the northeastern coastal region of the area is a 30-minute drive from White City. This drive takes you to Walton Rocks Dog Beach, a 24-acre off-leash dog beach that's a true paradise for pups and pet parents! There's plenty of soft sand and clear water to frolic in, but be advised that this dog beach isn't separated into big and small dog areas. There's a dog wash station to clean your dog up at the end of your visit, and there are lots of bowls around to give your dog a drink, too.
