East Side

High Park has trails, green fields, and so much more for you and your family to explore. The amphitheater even hosts pet-friendly productions! There's always something going on here, so you and Fido will have a hard time getting bored. You will need to bring your own water. Or, you can use the running water in the bathrooms -- just be sure to bring a dish. There are plenty of trash cans throughout the park, but no waste baggies, so bring your own. Fancy a little fishing? Bring your rod and reel and cast a few lines in the catch-and-release pond. Swimming in the pond, for both dogs and humans, is prohibited.

Woodlawn

Stone Creek Disc Golf Park allows you to bring your dog with you to play disc golf. Of course, if you don't want to play, you can always walk the trails. There is an untouched natural area here which allows the wildflowers to grow naturally. There are playgrounds here as well. You will need to bring your own water because there is no running water at this park. All dogs have to be kept on a leash. You will want to carry doggie waste bags with you, as the park does not provide any. There are only two trash cans at this park -- both are located at the entrance.

Rock Road

Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has some of the best creamy cold treats you will find. They also serve burgers, fries, and shakes, which means all of your American favorites are right here waiting for you! You can bring your dog with you to dine as long as you keep him on a leash. Dogs aren't allowed inside, but you can order at the window or have someone sit outside with him while you order. Seeing your dog enjoy the ice cream or a plain burger patty makes the trip even more special. This is the place to stop after playing at the park!

North Rock

Rib Crib is as pawesome as it sounds. These aren't your run-of-the-mill ribs, though -- these are some of the best championship-winning ribs that you will find anywhere! You can now bring your dog to enjoy this finger-lickin' goodness with you. Rib Crib has eight dog-friendly tables, and they fill up pretty fast, so you might want to call ahead. You will need to keep your dog on a leash while you are here. Bring him a dish if you want to give them some of your ribs -- and you know you want to! Please make sure that your dog can handle crowds, because this place is always the place to be.

Central

Everyone loves a good plate of enchiladas, and there are none better than the ones you'll find at Chipotle Mexican Grill. From sizzling fajitas to tacos that feature handmade tortillas, there are so many choices. All of Chipotle's outdoor seating is dog-friendly. They even have a salsa bar so you can choose your favorite. Please make sure that you keep your dog on a leash while you are here. They will serve dogs in to-go containers, but you may want to bring your own dish if you want to give him some water.
