This includes baseball fields, sand volleyball, soccer fields, a playground for the kids and the oppawtunity to fish on the lake.

Park Hill

Every pooch loves a pawsome trip to the park, which means you have got to visit Garrett Park! This green spot in town is located just west of Rose Hill in the puptown of Derby, and you can let your canine run and roam here. There is open grass for playing fetch, as well as there being a puptastic 0.25 mile walking path to stretch your and your pup’s legs. At this 40 acre park, there is also a bunch of furrific amenities you can use, including baseball fields, a basketball court, football field, playground for the kids, shelter and gazebo.

Broadmoor Hills

Do you love trying out new dog friendly eateries? Then jump in the car and enjoy a day out in Derby! This puptown is just west from Rose Hill and it is home to the pawsome Rib Crib. Here you can get your paws into some delicious ribs in lots of different flavors, as well as try the turkey, brisket, pulled pork and sandwiches. Of course, the best part about their puptastic place is that it is dog friendly! You will find eight outdoor tables where you can sit back and enjoy your meal and your furry friend can sit by your side and watch the world go by.

Tanglewood

If you need a dog friendly place to stay when you are visiting Rose Hill, you will find the pawsome Hampton Inn not far away in Derby.
