It is home to NOLA City Bark, which is a great off-leash dog park for you and your pup to visit. This park does require a permit to enter, and the permit costs about $10. You can go online and fill out the paperwork, so you can have everything ready when you get to the park. The administration building is fairly close to the park, so the permit is easy to acquire. Your pooch will love exploring this park! There are separate areas depending on your dog’s size, and it is completely landscaped and fenced in. There is water available for your canine friend, as well as for owners. Your pooch will enjoy digging in the sand pit, running around in the grassy areas, and making a splash in the doggy pools. There are also shade pavilions and clean-up stations. You also have the option of walking the trail with your pooch. This is a great place for you and your pooch to have an awesome time!

There are benches to sit on, but there’s not a lot of shading. Another perk is that there’s a lot of lighting at night, and the park is open very late.
