It is time to grab a leash and take your dog to the bayou for some authentic Louisiana cuisine. Restaurant des Familles takes the bayou and uses it as a frame for the most picturesque view possible. This is some good ol’ Southern cooking at its finest. You are invited to join your dog at one of the outdoor tables to take in the views while you enjoy the spice that comes along with all Cajun cooking. While you enjoy all the natural beauty in the area, be sure to take a look for the alligators in their natural habitat.
