In addition, there are some puptastic amenities here, such as a skating rink, fairgrounds, golf course, children’s playground, grills and shelters. For a refreshment, stop by Mother Road Coffee. Here you can enjoy some coffee, a sofa or a frozen drink on a hot day. There are also two outdoor tables where you can sit with your canine.

Pleasant Valley

When you get hungry, be sure to head to Taco Town when you are in Carthage! Here you can dig into some delicious Mexican food with your furry friend, with a pawsome menu to choose from. You can order tacos, burritos, nachos and other Mexican favorites, plus burgers and hot dogs. There are outdoor tables here where you can relax with your canine. For comfortable accommodation when you are in Carthage with your pooch, stay at the Quality Inn and Suites! Here you are welcome to bring two pups weighing up to 50 lbs for a small additional fee per night. This is a pawsome place for your pooch since there is lots of open green grass for rolling and roaming, as well as a walking path that you can follow for some exercise. There are some puptastic amenities that you can use when you are at Griggs Park during the day. This includes a skatepark, playground for the kids, two tennis courts and a basketball court. Be sure to bring some water for your panting pooch when it is hot outside!

Southeast Webb City

For a fun day out with your canine, jump in the car and head west from Carthage to the pawsome puptown of Webb City! Here you will find the puptastic King Jack Park, which your furry friend will love to explore. There is over 144 acres for some exercise with your beloved companion, which includes grass and a walking trail. Of course, there is plenty to see at this beautiful park, which includes the Praying Hands Monument and the Kneeling Miner Statue. In addition, there are furrific amenities, such as soccer fields, tennis courts, amphitheatre, softball fields and fishing lakes.

Cardinal Country

Not far from Carthage, you will find the puptastic puptown of Webb City! Here you can visit the pawsome Sunset Park with your pooch and have some fun. There is lots of open grass where you can have some fun with a ball, plus there are some puptastic amenities that you can use. This includes a tennis court, children’s playground and a basketball court. If you get hungry, grab a bite to eat over at Shake’s Frozen Custard! Here you can enjoy a treat, such as a banana split, float, sundae or shake. Your furry friend is welcome to join you at one of the outdoor tables, but as there is no table service, be sure there is someone to watch your pup when you go to order.
