Take your four-footed friend camping at Walnut Cove Resort, located north of Grove along the eastern shore of Grand Lake. This family property has boat slips and RV hookups. Your dog must be under control and on a leash. Remember to clean up any droppings.

Head northwest of town about 14.6 miles to Twin Bridges Area at Grand Lake State Park for an outdoor adventure. This facility offers tent and RV camping, a fishing dock, lake access, picnic areas, and more. Pets on a leash are welcome to join you here as long as you keep them under control and pick up their waste.

The area around South 4390th Road and East 240th Road is on the northern side of Vinita. This neighborhood has country estates and farms. Take a walk or jog along peaceful roads with your fur baby here. If you want to try your hand at a little fishing, head to Vinita Lake Park off County Road South 4420. This undeveloped property has a public boat ramp, picnic areas, and some open space. Launch into Bull Lake and cast into the water, then enjoy an outdoor meal with your furry pal.
