Betsie River Valley Campground hasn't changed much in a couple of decades, besides being updated, of course. Here, you can go camping your way, whether you want to pitch a tent or park your RV. You can choose from many hiking trails that vary in difficulty and terrain. You can bring your dog with you to explore or even to fly fish. The campground requires that you always keep your dog on a leash and never leave them at your campsite unless you are in an RV. You have to clean up after them as well, so don't forget the doggie waste bags.

This sweet shop will let you bring your dog with you to treat yourself, but they are not allowed inside. You will want to bring a water dish for her as well as a leash. The outdoor tables are the perfect place to come and take in the sights of the city and the water while you snack. Make sure you bring a leash and some doggie waste bags with you.
