Since when do you need a ton of space to walk your pup? They will be happy with only a bit of outdoor time if you are in a rush, so check out Boler Park when Fido needs to go out. The park is located in a residential area of the North Lawndale Community, in the city of Chicago, Illinois, with easy access via walking or driving. You will find on-street parking on the adjacent city streets, so you can grab your pup and head out.
There is almost 2 acres of land here to enjoy your quick outing. The sidewalks along the perimeter are wide and are a perfect place to take your pup for a walk. Or follow the short path on site to let your pup stretch their legs. Boler Park is just the size an elderly pup might like to take a stroll since the length is just right and not too taxing! Take an extra few minutes to sit on the provided park bench to relax under the shade of the mature trees. The park is lighted with beautiful street lamps, so an evening adventure is also possible.
The other park amenity is a nice playground where area residents take their children to play. The entire park is an open concept, so you can look around and easily see the kiddos enjoying their time outdoors as well. Be sure to bring water and clean up mitts along, and be advised there are no restrooms provided.
A little bit of time spent outdoors will do you and your pup a world of good. Check out Boler Park if you only have a few minutes when your pup needs some attention.
