Parking for park goers is available in a big parking area on the north side of the park, with multiple spaces and nighttime lights for safety. The parking lot connects to a new concrete trail that loops around garden boxes and natural habitats, and a fieldhouse and playground. Around the playground, you and Fido can find amenities such as water fountains, swing sets, restrooms, benches, and trash bins. The trail reconnects back to an older concrete trail that loops around the inner recreational features of the park. Do bring clean up bags, as none are provided here.
Traveling on the trail, small trees line parts it to offer some shade and sitting areas, although it is mostly open to the sun. Inside the loop is a soccer field, two baseball diamonds with bleachers, open space to play in with Fido, and a volleyball court. Around the lower edges of the park, there is a fence surrounding the area for safety. In the northern part of the loop, you can also find a basketball court. Between the trails and recreational fields, you and Fido will find acres of open space available to run and play in, so you don't have to worry about getting in anyone's way while you and your pup enjoy the outdoors.
The park is bustling and new, with a higher population of humans and pups during the after school and weekend hours, so make sure to spend some time here in the morning and early afternoon to get some one-on-one time with your dog.
