North East Manhattan
This pooch-friendly neighborhood is home to the Cico Dog Park. This dog park offers great adventures for you and your pal! Your canine companion is welcome to explore all the boundaries of this fenced-in, off-leash park. The terrain is nice and grassy, but when it rains, it gets a little muddy, so you’ll need to bring some supplies to clean them up. This park also offers a few picnic tables and some trees for shade on hot days. During the warmer months, the park provides water fountains for both dogs and people! In the winter, though, you’ll need to bring your own water.

Fairmont
You’ll find the Fairmont Dog Park in this neighborhood. This is a great place to bond with your canine companion. This dog park is an off-leash park, so your pup can run and romp to his heart’s content. There are a lot of muddy areas, especially when it rains, so bring something to wash your pooch off with. If you have a smaller breed, there’s a separate section for small dogs under 10 pounds, so you don’t have to worry about your petite pal ruffhousing with the big boys. Grab some water and doggie waste bags and prepare to have a pawesome time at this park!

Downtown Manhattan
The city center of Manhattan is home to none other than City Park, which is a great place to take your four-legged friend. You and your leashed canine companion are welcome to explore the mile-long walking trail, which offers great views of nature. You’ll need to bring your own water and doggie waste bags, though. Afterward, treat your pal to a slice of pizza at AJ’s Pizza. You’re welcome to share a meal together at the outdoor tables, and Fido even has a fresh bowl of water waiting on him! Sparrow Specialty Coffee, Porter’s, and the Bluestem Bistro are other Fido-friendly eateries in the area.
