Get rough and rowdy with your Boskimo during a quick game of Tug of War! All you need for this fun activity is a toy to pull back and forth. We love using rope toys, because they are easy for both you and your dog to hold onto during the ruckus. This is a fun game that you can play indoors or outdoors depending on the weather. The only cost associated with the game is the cost of a toy, which you likely already have lying around the house. What are you waiting for? Get your dog and start pulling on their favorite toy now.

Step
1
Pick the perfect toy
It may seem silly, but not all toys are great for a fun game of Tug of War. You need a toy that has some length to it. While our favorite Tug of War toy is a rope, you can use plush and rubber toys as well. The most important thing is that you use a toy that is easy for both you and your pooch to grip, Even though Boskimos are small, there are plush toys with long limbs that you can use for Tug of War, too.
Step
2
TUG!
Tug of War is such a simple game. Give your dog one end of the toy and grab onto the other. Give the toy a little tug and see if your Boskimo will pull back. Be sure that you are challenging your dog, but don't be too rough. You don't want to injure your dog's mouth or teeth. Be sure to keep your dog interested with unpredictable tugs here and there.

Activity description

Dogs are social creatures, and if you only have one dog, they are probably in need of some socialization. Feed this desire with a doggy playdate! You don't need to worry about the weather, because dogs are happy to play indoors or outdoors. All you really need is a little time and some toys, treats, and water. Invite a friend or two over for an hour of playtime for all of your favorite dogs. Boskimos will love being able to interact with new friends, and you will probably enjoy getting to talk to other dog moms and dads as well. Don't hesitate to schedule a puppy playdate.

Step
1
Invite friends over
Set up your playdate by coordinating dates and times with your friends who also have dogs. Be sure you only invite canines that get along well with other dogs. While you can invite over dogs of any size, it might be best to invite pups that are around the same size as your pooch.
Step
2
Meet and greet
Before you let the dogs loose, you need to introduce all the dogs to each other. Keep all of the dogs on leashes and let them sniff each other. If you notice any aggression, you should put some distance between them. Once they start to get comfortable with each other, you can let them off of the leash to play.
Step
3
Let the dogs play
Give the dogs some time to play together. They will probably enjoy running and chasing each other. You can also provide toys for them to play with. Monitor playtime, so you can separate the dogs should any trouble arise. At the end of the playdate, give the dogs a treat and make sure that they are drinking some water.

Activity description

Many people love to go camping, but it means leaving their precious pooch at home. It doesn't have to, though! It doesn't have to be a huge challenge to camp with your Boskimo. If you are bringing your dog on a camping trip, you need to make sure that it won't be too hot or too cold. It is best to only bring your dog camping in good weather. You will need a leash, tent, water, food, and a first aid kit to make sure that you can care for your dog during the trip. Camping trips often last 24 hours or more, so be sure that you have enough supplies for the entirety of your trip.

Step
1
Campsite search
Not all campsites are dog-friendly. You will need to do a little research to find places that allow dogs to camp. When you are doing this research, you should also fid the rules they have for dogs. Many places require that dogs are leashed at all times. Be sure that you follow the rules for your pet's safety and the safety of others.
Step
2
Gather supplies
Camping can require a lot of gear. In some cases, you will need to hike to your campsite. Other places will have parking spots for your car. Consider how long you will be in the wilderness. You need to pack an appropriate amount of food and water for your Boskimo. You may also want to bring other supplies depending on the weather and the length of your stay. Do you need a bed, blankets, canopies, or other items for your dog?
Step
3
Set up camp
You will want to make sure you have a good layout in your campsite. Consider a place with flat ground and adequate shade. You need to give your dog a specific place to use for bathroom breaks. Also, there needs to be a flat surface where you can place food and water for your pet. Make sure that your tent is also set up on a flat surface. Place a bed in the tent, in a spot you want your Boskimo to sleep. Let them investigate the tent before bedtime so that they will settle down when you are ready to sleep. When packing up the next day, leave the area in pristine condition.
